I think a Malay or Melayu represents sopan santun - budi bahasa. Not religion but race. There is nothing wrong in being proud of one's race; hence being a Melayu.
Malay nationalism or any race based nationalism is not conducive in whatever scenario. The change we all seek as Malaysians depends largely on the psyche of the modern Malay man and women.

Although I agree with the double standards of BN, it appears we are trying to make a moral equivalence between the plight of Palestinians and Malaysians. Certainly we are hugely better off than the everyday Palestinians. So if KJ reasons for protesting are fine but since he (BN) does not permit others to protest, he is dickhead?
The issue as reasonable Malaysians is, “How does Israel feel secure to not overreact and Palestinians build a responsible government?

How does Malaysian-Indians get their fair share of representation; when we have the highest crime and alcoholism rates. We dont need more SamyVellu type just because to fill the quota.
I think Malaysian Indians should seek PAS's help to address its concerns. Fuck race based politics.
