THE ROCKY’S BRU & PEOPLES PARLIAMENT SAGA
I have been trying to discern the argument between two well known blogs in Malaysia but can’t seem to understand what all the fuss is! So what if rocky meet a group of people/politicians, pro government ones? Don’t think Harris is sponsored by Anwar. I agree with Rocky that some are inspired by Anwar.
Well I am guilty! You have to agree that DSAI is inspiring. I have not seen any pro-Najib articles from Rocky and he perhaps likes Dr M & family. Who doesn’t? Some don’t, now. Blame game going around. Got to take responsibility! I have always enjoyed Marina’s musings then Dr M rants.
Anyway, I like what both these guys write; leaning in opposite political direction but united in democratic governance. And RPK is my demiGod.

My Indian race has the highest alcoholism and crime rates and no one fucking cares. Then they say its MIC responsibility and not us as Malaysian. Fuck BN-UMNO & MCA and MIC….Yes its education but it’s also opportunity.
The fault lies entirely on BN and its style of politics. The system of justice that BN advocates is destroying our moral fiber.
The coalition of unlikely brothers PKR, PAS & DAP is our last hope in creating a strong 2 party system.

I think US supports Israel, largely because it is a democratically elected country; I mean Israel. Obviously religious similarities also bond them. You would expect the 3 Abrahimic religions to live in peace.

I don't think its Ketuanan Melayu backlash to Makkal Sakthi. DSAI almost died under police detention. It’s an arrogance of power without an iota of responsibility. The strong 2 party system emerging is good.

I think the Church evangelizing on its religion is expected but why argue over the word Allah if it knows it offends Muslims. What are its motives?
Would not using the word change the meaning of the passage or the sermon or whatever the fuck…..sorry I don’t necessarily believe in man made religion and its so called holy books. I rather believe in man’s action here and now.

Herald editor Rev Andrew had said earlier Thursday that he would stop using the word "Allah" but changed his position after talking to his lawyer....Why is he been petty?
It is sad that that the Rev knowing the word offends our fellow Malays can’t forgive, despite having the right. If he is preaching the gospel then does calling it Tuhan or Allah make a difference?
Ok! Is your god different than mine? Born a Hindu I have many Gods; but of course the Church calls me a pagan.

I think a Malay or Melayu represents sopan santun - budi bahasa. Not religion but race. There is nothing wrong in being proud of one's race; hence being a Melayu.
Malay nationalism or any race based nationalism is not conducive in whatever scenario. The change we all seek as Malaysians depends largely on the psyche of the modern Malay man and women.

Although I agree with the double standards of BN, it appears we are trying to make a moral equivalence between the plight of Palestinians and Malaysians. Certainly we are hugely better off than the everyday Palestinians. So if KJ reasons for protesting are fine but since he (BN) does not permit others to protest, he is dickhead?
The issue as reasonable Malaysians is, “How does Israel feel secure to not overreact and Palestinians build a responsible government?
